Parallel Intersection Multiplier (PIM) measures how every newly placed overlapping tile scores on both axes in one turn.

PIM = (Main-Word Contribution + Σ Cross-Word Contributions)

Exact spatial alignment

  1. Identify a board vowel that already forms one legal bridge with your power tile.
  2. Check the orthogonal axis for a second legal 2-letter product through the same cell.
  3. Place the power tile only when every created cross is legal.
  4. Prefer DLS/TLS under the power tile.

Protocol

  1. Mark every DLS/TLS adjacent to a candidate board word.

Lane-starvation rule

If a parallel both scores ≥ 30 and reduces a bingo runway,
it outranks a solitary 20-point branch into open air.
